Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: You can begin the return process by emailing support@poshicks.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pay attention to the instructions: We'll give you detailed instructions, along with the sending address for the item.
  3. Evidence of Problem: To speed up processing, attach images or videos of any damaged or defective items with your request.
  4. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming the return or refund within 72 hours of us receiving the item.

Note: Refunds through your bank or credit card may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Return Scenarios

1. Remorse from customers:

Shipping Fees: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: You will receive a refund for the item's cost (but not for the original postage).

2. Faulty Products:

Proof: Email clear photos of defects to support@poshicks.com

Resolution: We’ll provide a return label, and upon inspection, issue a full refund or replacement.

3. Damaged Packages

Documentation: Take pictures of any damage you see and get in touch with us right once.

Resolution: We'll arrange for a replacement or reimbursement with the shipping company.

4. Wrong Size:

Resolution: Return the incorrect size using the provided label. We'll either provide the appropriate size or give you a refund.

5. Torn packages:

Documentation: Upon arrival, provide pictures of the ripped parcel.

Resolution: We will work with the carrier to find a solution and set up a refund or replacement.
